Finished size: 10" Tall (3 1/2" at sides), 9" Wide/Deep Materials you'll need to complete this project: - Four coordinating fat quarters for basket outside, basket lining, turkey body/basket bottom, and binding (18"x20") - Ten fat eighths in coordinating colors for tail fans, yo-yo collar, and towel trim (9"x20"; or 5 fat quarters) - 3/4 yd 20" wide Pelon 808 Craft Fuse or 809 Decor Bond iron-on backing - 1/2 yd 42" wide fusible fleece* (e.g. Pelon Thermaloam Plus) - 8" square of fusible webbing with paper backing - 7" x 10" piece of Pelon Peltex ultra-firm stabilizer - 12-inch zipper in coordinating color - Fabric scraps for turkey face: 9" square gold for beak, 5" square red for gobbler, 5" square white for eyes, 2" square black for eye pupils - Matching thread - Gold, brown, red coordinating color embroidery floss for hair tuft and beak highlight - White acrylic paint for eye hightlights - One ready-made kitchen towel in coordinating color *NOTE: You may substitute insulated lining or regular quilt batting with a fabric backing.
